1st Stage Gas (LPG) Regulator + Slam Shut Off Valve Bypass Module

Slam shut valves and slam shut regulators are safety devices designed to shut off the gas flow when pressure surpasses or falls below predefined levels. These devices ensure that flow will stop instantly when unprecedented pressure conditions occur in the gas system.

The overpressure protection devices and under pressure closure devices protect downstream operations and equipment if the outlet pressure of the primary regulator exceeds the set point. The slam shut regulator also assures that gas flow shuts down when gas pressure drops below the set point for maintaining critical flow or pilot light. A module contains 2 regulators, one is for direct usage and the other one is for back up.
